Returns Policy
Cancellation
We accept cancellations before the product is shipped or manufactured. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order if the product has already been shipped.
Returns (if necessary)
We accept returns. Customers are entitled to a refund within 30 days of receiving the item.
To be returned, the product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns. Do not return the purchase to the manufacturer.
Customers will be charged a maximum of one shipping fee (this applies to returns); there is no consumer fee for returning the product.
Credits (if applicable)
Once your return is received and verified, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also notify you whether your return has been accepted or rejected. If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically added to your credit card or original payment method within a specified day.
Late or Missing Income (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be officially sent. Then contact your bank. It often takes some time for the refund to be posted. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@tuomi.store.
